- The main purpose of the club is to monitor welfare of the children. The club will consist of maximum number of 21 persons. Out of this 10 member will be nominated by the management.
- Out of 10 nominated members 5members will be school teacher and 5 members will be parents.
- The nominated 10 members are designated as president, vice president, secretary, Asst. Secretary, mentor and 5 executive members.
- The club will function under the chairman of the school management.
- The chairman of the club has the power to dissolve and add/removal of mambers subject to the rules and regulation of the club at any time.
- The other 11 members will be selected through raffling.
- The tenure of the members will be 1 year. The nominated member will be appointed by the management every year.
- The chairperson has rights to accept/reject the recommendations by the club.
